Pierced earrings cannot be returned, as this is against Health Regulations.
Please chose carefuly and read product descriptions to see product specifications such as size and colours.
Peter Lang do not refund products for "change of mind". If the product received is not what you were expected, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days to organise return. Astore creditwill then be issued.
Refunds are not available unless the products you received:
are not of acceptable quality
do not match the product descriptions
No exchanges or returns are accepted on sale items, unless deemed faulty.
Post the item back to us within 7 days of receipt, via asignature on receipt method. If a signature is not obtained and we do not receive the product, it will be the responsibility of the sender and an exchange or credit will not be applicable.
Include a copy of your Tax Invoice in the package.
The item is to be in its original packaging box / barcodes / bubble wrap / tissue paper etc. Be sure to package well to ensure no damage on the return journey. Items which are damaged when received by Peter Lang will not be eligible for exchange or store credit.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product and any insurances on the product.
If a product is faulty or damaged we will repair or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace we will exchange or issue a store credit.
Product is guaranteed for 6 months from purchase date. Proof of purchase is required.
The guarantee does not cover faults from loss, accidental damage or mistreatment, modifications to design or damage from perfume, hairspray, water or other agents.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on stock purchased from Peter Lang Stockists.
